# Your Mobile Boards

When you open the Taskmaverick app, you see boards — organized spaces where [Missions](/missions/what-are-missions.md) appear for you to complete. Which boards you see depends on your [role](/your-organization/people.md#roles) and which [teams](/your-organization/teams.md) and [locations](/your-organization/units.md) you're assigned to.

## Types of boards

### Personal Board

{% columns %}
{% column %}
Your private workspace. Missions here are assigned specifically to you — no one else can see or claim them. This is where you'll find personal training, surveys, compliance tasks, and anything your manager assigned to you individually.

You also access these from your Personal Board:

* [**Units**](/mobile-app/your-mobile-boards.md#unit-board) — switch to your location's boards
* [**Tickets**](/mobile-app/your-mobile-boards.md#ticket-board) — view ticket boards you're assigned to
* [**Knowledge Base**](/missions/how-to-guides/configure-mission-settings/controlling-mission-execution.md#knowledge-base-viewable-in-mobile-library) — browse training media you can review anytime
  {% endcolumn %}

{% endcolumn %}
{% endcolumns %}

### Team Board

{% columns %}
{% column %}
A shared workspace for your team at a specific location. Missions here can be claimed by anyone on the team. The board has three columns:

<table><thead><tr><th width="106">Column</th><th>What's in it</th></tr></thead><tbody><tr><td><strong>Open</strong></td><td>Missions waiting to be claimed — pick one and start working</td></tr><tr><td><strong>Claimed</strong></td><td>Missions someone is currently working on</td></tr><tr><td><strong>Closed</strong></td><td>Completed Missions — available for rating if enabled</td></tr></tbody></table>

On tablets, you can **expand** any column to full screen for easier scrolling.
{% endcolumn %}

{% endcolumn %}
{% endcolumns %}

### Unit Board

A hub for your location. From here you can access all Team Boards at that location, view your unit's **Ticket Board**, check **Statistics** (performance metrics), and see the **Leaderboard** (team rankings).

### Ticket Board

{% columns %}
{% column %}
Where automated [alerts](/missions/what-are-missions/ticket.md) land. If a Mission triggers a Ticket (e.g. low inventory, safety issue, overdue task), it appears here for managers to review and resolve.
{% endcolumn %}

{% endcolumn %}
{% endcolumns %}

## Navigating between boards

{% columns %}
{% column %}

* From your **Personal Board**, tap **Units** to see your locations, then select a team
* From any **Unit Board**, tap a team name to open its Team Board
* From any board, tap **Tickets** to access Ticket Boards
* Use the **Organization View** to see all locations at once (System Admins and Org Managers)
  {% endcolumn %}

{% column %}
{% embed url="<https://files.gitbook.com/v0/b/gitbook-x-prod.appspot.com/o/spaces%2FLLw6mmkCzf1jpC9LdKjS%2Fuploads%2F536ujcSfhfvwWC0LH3Wp%2FSwithc%20between%20boards_Edited%20Composition%20(1).gif?alt=media&token=67375901-dcfe-45c7-b905-18d16d7ffb52>" %}
{% endcolumn %}
{% endcolumns %}

## What you see on a Mission card

Each Mission card on the board shows:

* **Mission name** and [**type**](/missions/what-are-missions.md#mission-types-at-a-glance) (Task, Survey, Checklist, etc.)
* **Timer** — color-coded if [Stopwatch](/missions/how-to-guides/configure-mission-settings/ensuring-work-gets-done-on-time.md#stopwatch) is enabled (green → orange → red)
* **Points** — if the Mission earns reward [points](/missions/how-to-guides/configure-mission-settings/tracking-and-rewarding-work-quality.md#points)
* **Reference** — if the Mission is tied to a specific room, equipment, or person
* **Source** — your organization's logo, or the Taskmaverick logo for [imported Missions](/missions/how-to-guides/import-a-mission-from-marketplace.md)

## Your profile

Tap **Profile** in the bottom navigation to view and edit your personal information: name, email, phone, address, birthday, and gender. You can also view (but not change) your [**Personal Code**](/your-organization/people.md#personal-code) and any organization-assigned codes.

If you forget your Personal Code, tap **Retrieve Code** to receive it via email or SMS.

## Good to know

* Your Personal Board is created automatically when your account is set up — no configuration needed
* Missions claimed from a Team Board **stay on the Team Board** — they don't move to your Personal Board
* The **Leaderboard** shows the top 10 users by Points, Missions/Hour, Work Quality, and other metrics — filterable by team and time period
* After 30 seconds of inactivity, the Leaderboard resets to the default view

## Querying This Documentation
If you need additional information that is not directly available in this page, you can query the documentation dynamically by asking a question.

Perform an HTTP GET request on the current page URL with the `ask` query parameter, and the optional `goal` query parameter:

```
GET https://documentation.taskmaverick.com/mobile-app/your-mobile-boards.md?ask=<question>&goal=<endgoal>
```

`ask` is the immediate question: it should be specific, self-contained, and written in natural language.
`goal` is optional and describes the broader end goal you are ultimately trying to accomplish on behalf of the user. GitBook uses it to tailor the answer towards what is most useful for that goal.

The response will contain a direct answer to the question and relevant excerpts and sources from the documentation.

Use this mechanism when the answer is not explicitly present in the current page, you need clarification or additional context, or you want to retrieve related documentation sections.
